The slightly cooling recipe for our apricot-strawberry spelt porridge was developed entirely in line with the 5-element theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The porridge whips up a healthy breakfast in just three minutes and ensures a balanced start to the day, especially for hotheads. The spelt porridge provides your body with all the important nutrients it needs at breakfast time, is easy to digest and good for your immune system.
