Especially on weekends, you want to have a really good time. This is best achieved with an extensive and lovingly prepared breakfast with your loved ones, even better outdoors at a nicely decorated table or a picnic blanket. A cup of coffee or two, fresh fruit, juice, and a delicious layered breakfast with granola in a glass – that's all you need.

The three breakfast variations make a lot of effort with little effort and are sure to inspire your guests.
There's something for everyone in our three layered breakfast recipes. The first variation is almost a bit autumnal due to the warm lower layer and some cinnamon. But as you may already know, a hot breakfast also has many benefits for your body in summer.

Layered breakfast with apple, banana, yogurt & spelt crunchy

The bottom layer consists of a warm apple and banana mix with cinnamon. Cinnamon lovers can, of course, use more than indicated in the recipe. The second layer is Greek yogurt. Here you can also use a light yogurt mousse as described in the next recipe. The third layer consists of our
Verival Spelt Crunchy

a crunchy cluster of spelt and rice crispies baked in
sunflower oil.

Recipe: Layered breakfast with apple, banana, yogurt & spelt crunchy
Ingredients
- 1 Greek yogurt
- ½ apple
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Milk or plant-based drink
- Verival Spelt Crunchy
Preparation

Cut the banana and apple into cubes and heat in a saucepan with milk and cinnamon.

Pour the warm mixture into a glass, add yogurt and crunchy.
Layered Breakfast with Berries, Yogurt & Berry Crunchy

The Berry Crunchy

Breakfast is a true classic. The bottom layer is a fluffy yogurt mousse made with Greek yogurt. Instead, you can of course also use any yogurt. If you want to modify it as a dessert, a layer of panna cotta would be another option. The second layer consists of various berries, in this case frozen strawberries and blueberries, mixed with fresh, cubed strawberries. The berry mousse can be added to the glass either cold or warm. Made from oats and rice crispies, the crunchy is refined with strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries and is the perfect crispy counterpart to the creamy yogurt mousse.

Recipe: Layered Breakfast with Yogurt Mousse & Berries Crunchy
Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp sugar
- fresh or frozen berries
- Verival Berry Crunchy
Preparation

Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and add to the Greek yogurt.

Mix the berries with some lemon juice and sugar.

First put the yogurt mousse (or yogurt) in a glass, add the berry sauce and crunchy.
Layered Breakfast with Chia Pudding, Kiwi & Orange-Acerola Crunchy

The bottom layer of vanilla chia pudding provides a little variety in this variant. The chia pudding can, of course, also be sweetened with another sweetener or put in the glass unsweetened. It is easy to prepare and can be mixed with milk or a plant-based drink of your choice in the evening and divided into glasses, so that you only have to add fresh fruit, in this case kiwis, the next day. Breakfast is rounded off with a layer of
Verival
Orange-Acerola
Crunchy.
This consists of oats and barley and is refined with acerola cherry powder and orange oil.

Recipe: Layered breakfast with chia pudding
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml milk or plant drink
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 kiwis
- Verival Crunchy
Preparation

Mix the chia seeds with milk and vanilla sugar and leave to swell overnight in the glass.

Cut the kiwis into cubes and add to the chia pudding.

Add some crunchy on top.
