Ingredients
- 70g Verival Strawberry Chia Porridge
- 120 g oatmeal
- 250 ml plant-based drink
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g strawberries
- 1 tbsp walnuts
Preparation

Place the strawberry chia porridge, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon, and pinch of salt in a baking dish.

Then mix the egg, maple syrup, and plant-based milk in a bowl until well combined.

Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the berries and chopped walnuts.

Place the casserole dish in your oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes, or until a hard crust forms on your oats.

After baking, remove the baked porridge from the oven and enjoy! You can of course use berries of your choice here, such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries – give them a try!
