Panna Cotta is a true classic! With delicious raspberry sauce and crunchy , we give this popular dessert a special touch. Panna Cotta is the perfect dessert or addition to brunch for any host. Since it has to set in the fridge for a while, it can be prepared perfectly in advance and only needs to be completed with raspberry sauce and crunchy.
For the sauce, you can grab fresh regional berries or use frozen fruits. Our delicious crunchies, such as our berry crunchy, but also berries of your choice are suitable as a topping.
Our serving tip: Place the Panna Cotta in the fridge at an angle and let it set. Not only does it look cool, but it also ensures you always have a little panna cotta and sauce on the spoon at the same time 😉


Panna cotta with raspberry sauce and crunchy

Ingredients
Panna Cotta
- ½ vanilla pod or 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 sheets of gelatin
- 200 ml cream
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Raspberry sauce
- 150 g frozen or fresh raspberries
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 25 g sugar
Topping
- Crunchy of your choice
Preparation

Place the gelatin in water.

Mix cream, milk, sugar, vanilla & lemon juice in a saucepan and heat briefly.

Allow to cool briefly and then add the gelatin and wait until it has dissolved.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly and pour into glasses.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients together.

Remove panna cotta from the fridge, add raspberry sauce and top with crunchy.
