In the morning, it often has to be quick, and especially children usually have a hard time getting going. These berry crunchy bars with our Verival berry child are ideal for this because you can store them well in the fridge or freeze them.
Not only do they taste deliciously berry, but they keep the little ones full for a long time thanks to the complex carbohydrates and lots of fiber.
And what is not eaten for breakfast can simply be packed and taken as a second breakfast during the morning.

Berry Crunchy Bar with Coconut
Ingredients
- 200 g Verival Berry Child
- 1 tsp Reinweinstein baking powder
- 50 g butter
- 75 ml coconut milk
- 75 g plain yoghurt
- 60 g coconut flakes
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. maple syrup
To decorate
- 1 handful of Verival Berry Child
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection).

Pour the berry child muesli into a freezer bag, close tightly, and roll with a rolling pin to crumble the muesli. Alternatively, you can crush the cereal in a blender.

Put all the ingredients into a bowl.

Mix the ingredients well. The best way to do this is with a whisk.

Line a rectangular baking pan (approx. 32x24cm) with baking paper, fill in the mixture, and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the dough with Berry Child Crunchy Muesli.

Bake the bars in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Cut into 14 bars.

How do I best store the cereal bars?
The berry crunchy bars keep well in an airtight container for a few days in the fridge. Of course, they can also be frozen. Either you can let them defrost overnight, and they'll be perfectly ready for breakfast, or you can just quickly heat them in the oven.
