- 200 g Verival Cranberry Cherry Muesli (gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon crushed flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 6 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp Verival agave syrup (or Verival maple syrup)
- 2 ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
For the "sauce"
- 250 g yogurt or vegan yogurt alternative
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Slightly ground bourbon vanilla
- 1 tbsp Verival agave syrup (or Verival maple syrup)
For topping
- 200 g fresh fruit according to season & taste

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix crushed flaxseeds and chia seeds with water and leave to swell for five minutes.

Mix Verival cranberry cherry muesli with flaxseed and chia seeds, agave syrup, bananas, and cinnamon to form a dough.

Line the baking tray with baking paper. Spread the dough on it and form it into an approximately 1 cm thick slice. For a perfectly round disc, simply use a springform mold. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the dough takes on a golden brown color.

Meanwhile, prepare the pizza topping. For the "sauce", mix the yogurt well with lemon and agave syrup, as well as the vanilla. Wash and chop the fruit.
